Team Development Heats Things Up in the Kitchen!!!

 

On Halloween Morning, Team Development had the thrilling opportunity to get together at Wilde Thyme in Ardmore to learn more about each other and the trials and tribulations of preparing Stuffed Crème Brulee French Toast!!  YUM!!!

Our team of chefs cracked eggs, whisked batter and flipped toast, and together created a fantastic meal!  In the meantime, we realized just how important it is to have the right ingredients when you start a job and the right team in place to execute the plan.
 

With a dedicated team, a commitment to quality and a vision for success, ANYTHING is possible!!  The personal touch and uniqueness that a chef brings to a restaurant is what each of us brings to ESF and our every day mission – to create the best experience for our customers!  Judging by the taste of our Stuffed Crème Brulee French Toast, we should have a lot of very satisfied customers!  There was nothing to be scared about on this Halloween Morning – except for gaining about 5lbs!
