Refer-A-Friend to Explode in 2008!

Refer-A-Friend, three words that every ESF Team member has heard or read on many occasions, is a program that was created to increase the number of wonderful candidates that apply to ESF each year; the program is also a great way for Team members to make a little extra cash.  Definitely a win-win situation for both ESF and our Team members!

This year the program was once again a great success with 139 Team members referring 180 new Team members.  One Team member earned over $1,000.00 for referring candidates, quite an impressive feat.  So what does all this mean?  Well, if you have spent a summer with ESF, you know what it takes; you know how rewarding the experience is and know when someone else has what it takes to work at ESF.  You, our Team members, are an invaluable resource when it comes to referring candidates because you have been through the heat waves, car line, OT and lunches at the Nut Free Table.  You know what it means to wear a red fanny pack, and to wear it with pride.  It takes a special person to work at ESF and it takes an even more special person to see that spark in someone else and encourage them to apply.  Our Refer-A-Friend program is one of the staples of our recruiting efforts and every year we hope to grow the program and increase the number of candidates referred by you. 

We are about to embark upon yet another recruiting season and will be looking to each and every one of you for help when it comes to referring candidates.  All it takes is for you to refer seven friends who end up completing the summer with us and come October you will have earned $800.00.  Not too shabby!
