Perfect football weather and a pristine field set the backdrop as over 75 ESF Team Members took the field for the 12th annual ESF Turkey Bowl Team Reunion! Team members from all ESF and PBA sites assembled for the annual tradition of friendship, fun, and light-hearted competition. Throughout the day, six evenly matched teams battled in the hope to be crowed Turkey Bowl Champion! At the end of the day, one Team emerged as the champion – Michael Rouse’s Green Team!
The winning team had representatives from many ESF Sites: Michael Rouse (Captain/ ESF Executive Director), Mary Franco (ESF Dream Camp at Trinity College), Alex Franco (Guest), Tom Fox (Phillies Baseball Academy), Paul Sinatra (Moorestown Friends), Tom Buchanan (ESF Dream Camp at Girard College), Joe Leach (Episcopal Academy), and Emily Miller (ESF Dream Camp Foundation). Congratulations to the winning team and to all Team members who participated!
For those who were unable to join us this past fall, get ready for Turkey Bowl 2009! Even though we are not certain of the weather forecast, we are sure that Turkey Bowl 2009 will once again prove to be the flag football tournament of the year!
