Part-time Graphic Designer Wanted
Function: Part-time Graphic Designer for Creative/Marketing Department (hours are flexible)
Location: ESF Executive Headquarters, Bryn Mawr, PA

Responsibilities:
- Designing and updating ESF marketing materials from smaller projects (postcards, ads, flyers, etc.) to larger projects (brochures, direct mail campaigns, etc.) in conjunction with the Senior In-house Graphic Designer
- Maintaining and updating ESF’s websites, Intranet, and Family Portal
- Carefully proofreading all ESF marketing materials
- Helping to maintain a physical archive of ESF marketing projects throughout the year
- Helping to maintain a digital archive of all camp photos
- Helping to maintain marketing job log which provides a comprehensive annual history of all ESF projects (i.e. dates of production, costs incurred, and vendors used, etc)
- Maintaining an inventory of stationery supplies, and re-stocking supplies when necessary
- Helping with production of multi-media slide shows
Qualifications:
- Graphic skills – print (Photoshop, QuarkXpress, and Illustrator)
- Graphic skills – web (Dreamweaver, Fireworks)
- Creativity
- Attention to detail
- Proficient editing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Efficient time-management skills
