This is an opportunity for ESF Team members to reap the benefits of the ESF Referral Bonus Program. Listed below is the amount of money you’ll receive for referring a qualified candidate who completes a summer with ESF.

You must be an ESF Team member to participate in the Referral Bonus Program.
•
You must be named as a referral on the potential Team member's application.
•
The newly hired Team member whom you refer must complete their contractual
obligation for the upcoming summer and be eligible for re-hire in the summer of 2010.
•
You, as a current Team member, must fulfill your contractual obligation for
the upcoming summer, and be a re-hire for the summer of 2010.
•
Payouts to each qualifying Team member are made in mid-fall between the months of
September and October.
