Turkey Bowl IX
The sun was shining and so was Bill Rouse’s Red Team at the 9th annual ESF Turkey Bowl Team Reunion! Team members from all ESF sites assembled for the yearly tradition of friendship, fun, and light-hearted competition. Six teams began the day, each team thinking they would be crowned this year’s Turkey Bowl Champion. At the end of the day, however, only one team emerged as the champion – the red team! [more]

this summer? Why not get certified as a Lifeguard and join
the Aquatics Team, or get certified and become an expert in
Fencing or Archery. ESF will provide you with all of the necessary
certification classes. Or how about trying a different age
group as a Counselor or tackling the fields as a Sports Camp

Dream Camp Visits Cirque du Soleil
On September 21st, Dream Campers and their families were treated to a special performance of the Cirque du Soleil Show, Varekai, in Hartford, CT. Cirque du Soleil generously donated 75 tickets to Dream Camp as part of their ongoing efforts to engage youth in the performing arts, particularly in cities where they are touring.

ESF Adventure Expeditions 2005
ESF held its second annual action-packed week at Brewster Academy located in beautiful Wolfeboro, New Hampshire this past August. Fifty-three Senior Campers and twenty-six Team members spent the week participating in many hands-on activities including kayaking, rock-climbing, sports, hiking, and outdoor adventures. The British staff from ESF's Greenwich Academy site recently gathered together for a reunion in Liverpool, England. Colin Denovellis, a Greenwich Team member who lives in England, coordinated the reunion for 25 Team members from the summer of 2005 and previous summers. [more]
